I love painting beach scenes where good times and great memories are made! I have a passion for the beach, the bright and colorful umbrellas, people relaxing and enjoying themselves.
I'm very attracted to the vibrant ever-changing colors of the beach, the evening skies over the ocean, the early sunrises and the calming effect of the rolling waves at dusk. I have a feeling of calmness during the creative process and would like to communicate this peacefulness to my viewers.

I also enjoy painting animals. My animal paintings will start with a few lines loosely painted on canvas or board, then thick, luscious oil paint is added, molded and sculpted with a palette knife until my animal raises off the board and comes to life! They are fun for a child's nursery decor or the animal lover.

I have traveled extensively all over the world and enjoy bringing back ideas to paint from. These include street scenes, cafe life, architecture, landscapes and flowers.
