The purple tree was completed with a palette knife for a thick textured, impressionist tree painting. The Jacaranda has purple/blue flowers and grows in many tropical areas including Central America, Australia, Mexico, Argentina, South America, Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica, and the Bahamas.
